Just a little note to
tell you that the “million dollar” dinner was
a tremendous success. Thanks to your wonderful cooking and
catering. Every dish was SUPERB! I watched the plates as
they were returned to the kitchen, and I noticed that everyone
ate every bite of everything – which, as you know
is highly unusual. I can say without reservation
that it was the very best catered dinner I have ever had
done, and I appreciate all the effort that went into it.
We will miss your mother
very much, but she would be very proud to know you are carrying
on so beautifully in her place. May god bless you richly
and bountifully as you build a marvelous business.

Dear Nancy,
I am finally sitting
down to write my "notes" - just now catching my
breath after Eric's fantastic Bar Mitzvah weekend! I cannot
thank you enough for all that you did for me. I really appreciated
all the attention to every detail. I think I followed
every one of your suggestions down to the fashion advice
of the "cocktail suit"! Everyone I talked
to said the food was great. I'll have to relax and eat your
