Sherp Catering Co., Inc. is one of the oldest catering businesses in Dallas. Sherp Catering is a family owned and operated business run by Nancy Sherp Ritter. The business was founded 40 years ago by Naomi Sherp, who, along with her husband Mike, owned a barbecue restaurant downtown. Catering first Mike's famous BBQ and ribs, Naomi then branched out into full scale catering, from BBQ dinners to gourmet weddings. Marinated shrimp and fiesta dip are two of the company's signature items which are still as popular today as they were years ago. Sherp Catering is proud to have maintained many satisfied customers over the years including LTV Corporation, E Systems, Mary Kay and Spring Air Mattress Company. In addition to our corporate clientele, Sherp is proud to include generations of families for whom we have catered every life cycle event.
